The Seasons range uses multiple manufacturers and product categories. Our risk-based approach considers factors such as country, sector, recruitment practices, subcontracting and the quality and recency of available evidence.
Due diligence
Our approach may include supplier onboarding checks, contractual expectations, certificate or audit review, follow-up questions and corrective action. The depth of review is proportionate to the risk and information available.
Reporting concerns
Team members, suppliers and other stakeholders can report a concern to info@seasonsfgc.com. Reports are assessed and escalated appropriately; retaliation against a person raising a genuine concern is not accepted.
